Dr. Riley is excellent. He takes the time necessary to answer all your questions, and he genuinely cares about you.
Love my Drs....but why make appointments if it's 40 min to an hour later after you check in!!!!
We switched to Dr. Riley when my wife was pregnant with our first child because my wife's previous doctor couldn't be bothered to answer our questions. We have been extremely happy with Dr. Riley ever since and his has delivered an cared for both of our children.
When I made an appoint for my kid to have annul physical and vaccination, I told the receptionist what I need and what insurance we have. But when we see the doctor, at the last minute he said his clinic does not have vaccination contract with the insurance, I have to go somewhere else, "or if you want to cancel this appointment entirely". Obviously, he knows and sets up the game.
Dr. Riley has been great in the past, when you are actually seen by him. He is thorough and makes sure he addresses your needs. Getting an appointment is the only problem. Expect to wait at least a week to get an appointment with the clinic. Not fun if you are in pain, an additional doctor within the practice is recommended.
You will never feel like you are being rushed to get through the appointment. Dr. Riley does a great job of taking time with his patients. His office also does not over book their schedule so you rarely have to wait long for your appointment.
