Forward a month, they take 100 bucks from me due to "non payment" though I only received 1 bill and that was within the last couple weeks and claim they tried incessantly to contact me though no contact was ever made.
Dr. Nauser is, hands down, the best doctor around. It will be hard to describe her in a paragraph and do her justice but I'll give it a shot. I met Dr Nauser in 2015 after a trisomy 18 diagnosis and in 2016 when we got pregnant again, she delivered our healthy baby boy. Dr. Nauser meets you where you're at-whether its heartbreak or celebration and she does it well. The practice is busy but you wouldn't know based on the amount of attention she and her staff give their patients. Her sense of humor is second to none and although it may not be one of the first things you notice about Dr Nauser, she's got one of the most tender hearts. For my entire pregnancy, I drove about an hour each way for my appointments and if we're lucky enough to have another baby, I'll will gladly do it again.
She carries on the tradition her father set long ago--the best medical care for women in Kansas City.
Claim there is nothing they can do. The worst business practice I have ever experienced. If I had actual records, I would take them to court for the hippa violations alone.
Was treated very well by office staff. However, Dr. Nauser was extremely brusque and I wouldn't trust her. Did the U/S very quickly with a scratchy probe "sorry, it's been dropped." I had just had an U/s the week prior, as my doctor was very concerned about the drug exposure. She measured the fetus at 14w4d. Also said she "thought she saw" a cystic hygroma, and would definitely recommend termination. I had measured (and have since) consistently on time. No other evidence of this hygroma has ever been seen. I felt like I was watching a video, the fetus on her ultrasound was popping around spastic, every other U/s I've had the one in my belly is chill, maybe kicks occasionally. It all felt very off, huge decision that it felt like she lied about just to get my $$. Thankfully I left. There aren't many providers of termination services, a shame this one treats scared pregnant women like a cash cow.
Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. She spoke about my personal medical issues with the door wide open. Multiple times during my pap exam the door was opened with me fully exposed.
The staff and professionals at the Center for Women's Health are wonderful. Natalie Wellington, NP is the BEST!! Caring and compassionate while being very straight forward about care. I'm confident in recommending their services to all the ladies out there.
