We have been going to this jeweler for years and we are always treated well. They take care of my ring, send it in for a Rhodium and get it back in a timely manner. Great selection, wonderful staff. Angie and Mary are amazing. So is Jeff DiMuzio. They have all been great to us for years - 5+ now.
I love Hannoush! The staff members don't hound you like most other jewelry stores do to get a sale, nor does the staff sugarcoat the quality of their products. I'm in love with my set, which we got during their amazing Black Friday event sale.
To that associate, try being nicer to newly engaged couples about their ring even if you don't like their method of purchase or else you'll lose even more customers to online retailers.
I have been into this store several times. I never feel comfortable going in. There was one young girl I liked, but I believe she said she wasn't going to be working there much longer. I'm pretty positive that if I need any future ring repairs I may just go and spend my money at a different store. They talk about customers that are in the store within earshot of other customers. I feel as if though some of the ladies behind the counter have a 'better than everyone else' attitude....there are few ladies there that fit the stereotypical 'Johnson county' attitude. Being around all that expensive jewelry must go right to their head .
I came in asking for a butterfly shank to tighten the ring past my knuckle and the associate was extremely rude. Told me and my fiance that we were wrong for buying a ring we loved online. Told us if a "real jeweler" had done it, they would have done it right.
I wasn't asking for a sizing opinion. I had a specific need and instead of fulfilling that, I left feeling very negatively about my experience.
I went in with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings. We have been to many jewlers before, and yes they are all sales people, but these jewlwers ONLY cared about the sale and nothing else. The experience was awkward, uncomfortable and a huge turn off. I found one ring I liked and asked a couple questions about it, the salesman didn't know the answer and had to go ask (perfectly fine), but he came back with a saleswoman who started talking to my boyfriend about payments and financing- not even addressing the questions I had previously asked, putting my boyfriend on the spot, and all around being rude. All around terrible and uncomfortable.
