I love Roth Jewelry! I have bought several items from them, as well as had them repair both of our wedding rings. Their work is excellent--not like you get from typical "chainstores." The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I trust them to really care about my jewelry and my business. I love to go see their estate jewelry on a regular basis; I have bought some FABULOUS pieces that you can no longer buy in commercial stores. Roth is a jewel and locally run--check them out!

As a small hometown American business, their prices are both fair and competitive. They always deliver quality craftsmanship. I can think of no other place in Kansas City where I would take family heirlooms for repair.

Roth Jewelry is the only place I take my watches for batteries and my jewelry for any attention. I love looking at their estate jewelry and have purchased some estate earrings for a very fair price. They also buy gold at a much better rate than two other places I went to today. The last one said to take it back to Roth because she could not come close based on their buy gold policy!
They don't have a huge selection but they do have quality items and are fair and honest - from my experiences the past several years.
It might take a little more time but it is worth it in my book. They usually call to tell me the item is ready before the date promised.
