My daughter ordered her rings for her wedding and they kept giving her different dates. Never called when we went in they said it was in. No one called. One lady was rude and in professional. I hope kay jewlers monitors their sales staff better.
I bought my fiancé's wedding band from this Kay location and when I went in to buy the ring the lady had attitude. I'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day but every question I asked was returned with attitude like I should have known what I was talking about. She told me 2 weeks for the ring to be resized and gave me an exact date. I got closer to the date and wanted to confirm it would be done and the person I spoke with said no it would actually be 3 weeks instead of the 2. The only good experience was when I picked up the ring. The lady was very cheery and helpful. She clearly liked her job. Not even 12 hours later I take the ring to my appraiser and they call and tell me that 3 diamonds in the band are severely loose. I contact Kay's and they tell me it will be an additional 3 weeks before I get it back, which could not happen as I'm getting married in less than a week. This is the 3rd Kay location I've dealt with and each location was poor in quality. I will never buy anything again from Kay.
On Friday January 20th 2016 I went into Kay's looking for a new wedding & when I walked in I felt like family. My sales associate Pam made me felt welcomed. She not only helped me pick out a ring that matched my watch she helped me surprise my wife with a couple of items. I felt like Pam more of a friend then a sales person just looking out for a commission. I recommend anybody that goes to this Kay's to ask for Pam & if she is not available ask for Leslie the Store Manager who also is wonderful. On Sunday the 29th of January my wife & I went into the store to get appraisals for the jewelry that we bought & when we told her that we did not bring our receipt's she told us not to worry about it that she would pull them up for us & get it taken care of for us. This store is a family friendly store
Customer service is amazing. The staff is super friendly and approachable. I walked in told them what I wanted and that is just what they did. They gave me exactly what I wanted. 5 star all around :)
Tonight I walked in to this store and literally said "What's up guys?" to Pam and Mackenzie because that's the comfort level they've put me in since I started working with them. I've been up to the store 5 times over the past few months. First for purchasing and then sizing my girlfriend's ring and then now getting my own. I took forever (~2 hours) choosing the ring and Mackenzie didn't rush me once. She would go back and forth between rings and do whatever my indecisive self asked. I think maybe I was taking too long, yet, Pam smoothly transitioned in and wrapped things up. I walked out of there with a huge diamond propped up just the way my fiance wanted it and she gets compliments every single day. Mackenzie asked me tonight for a review and I am happy to do so because of how well they do their jobs. The store's rating now does not accurately reflect the kind of service you'll get from these two. I hope that since I've been in so many times one could take the poor reviews with a grain of salt. I'll be back in the 10th for a new Movado!
