One of the best jewelry stores I have visited. Their selection is top notch. I wanted a Bulova watch serviced, not only they took care of me but I ended up walking out with another new watch. Great selection. Thank you for taking care of me.
I was referred to Karats by a friend and I was not disappointed. Picking out an engagement ring for my girlfriend was completely foreign and nerve-racking to me. I immediately felt welcome and the consultant made sure to walk me through the process. During our enjoyable conversations, we might have skipped a few details about the process after the ring was purchased. With that said, Karats was nothing but understanding about the situation and I felt that they honestly care about every person that walks in their door. My now fiance and I will going back to Karats to pick out my ring next!! Thank you, Karats, for helping me keep my sanity during this exciting event!! :)
So I had never been to Karats before and went in because a friend said she had a great experience. It was truly an incredibly jewelry store, from the selection of so many gorgeous designers to the customer service (wine & such honesty about the jewelry) it was second to none. I will probably never buy (or upgrade) any jewelry anywhere else... can't wait until I need a new piece!!!
Love Karats where I can bring my beautiful puppy and shop a fantastic selection of jewelry and watches. I love my engagement ring and wedding band from here. They have the best selection and are the most amazing people to deal with. I used to be in the jewelry business and I know service and class when I see one. Won't shop anywhere but at Karats. My husband has loved his beautiful watches from here as well and I get multiple compliments on my gorgeous princess cut diamond ring. Love me some Karats. The best store.
It’s been a long journey to get where we are with my absolutely PERFECT ring. It’s finally wedding week & I could not be more happier with it. Andy and his staff have been so helpful every time we go in and they are so knowledgeable about their jewelry. Everyone has been so personable and so professional. From the minute we walked in there the first time, I knew that’s where I would find my ring. You absolutely do not get the same service anywhere else.
