Richard Dolgin did a wonderful job refurbishing a ring I inherited from my mother after she passed away recently. They understood the sentimental value of the piece of jewelry, and they cleaned, sized and restored it to be even more beautiful than I imagined! They went above and beyond to replace everything to how it had been originally. I will treasure this ring for the rest of my life, and pass it along to the next generation. Richard continues to provide excellent customer service, as he did throughout the entire custom design process. He listens, educates, and is patient and honest. His CAD designer is top in the industry, and Marsha is an incredible diamond setter, truly a master. The ring is absolutely stunning, and the new setting makes my diamond look amazing! The additional diamonds he chose are exquisite. It turned out better than I had pictured in my mind when I first described it to him. His pricing was within my budget (while competitors' quotes were well above), and it was completed ahead of schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
