Went in looking to get two rings soldered together - a bit of a mismatch ring wise; one was sterling silver with topaz and the other white gold with diamonds. They helped me out in a matter of minutes (literally) doing a good, quick soldering job and quick cleaning to make the stones look great. It was such an easy experience and every time that I've been in there, they've been great to work with.
I brought my engagement ring to be resized UP on Oct. 5th, 2017. I had to wait two weeks to receive my ring back, which I was informed of upfront. When I got the ring back, I initially loved it. It looked as if they did an amazing job. Come this past week though I noticed it was harder to remove than usual. I take the ring off and notice the band is severely bending where they welded it together (when they added extra material). It looks horrendous. They obviously made the band way too thin and now I have to have it fixed. Do not recommend.

Had an a great experience with Dave at Joslin's shopping for wedding bands. After purchasing an engagement ring from another store, we were shopping around for our wedding bands. My fiance had a relatively complicated request having to do with her engagement ring / band and Dave at Joslin's was the only person in town who took the time to understand what she wanted and helped make it happen - making me look like a hero. Quality service and the best price in town - having shopped around at several, several of their competitors. The whole experience was very low pressure and centered around what we wanted - not what they wanted to sell us. Go to Joslin's & ask for Dave!
I listen to their ad on KCCV radio that said they were nice people. When I went in everyone that I talked to truly was nice. Their prices were very reasonable. They took all the necessary time to make sure that my wife's 50th anniversary gift was what she wanted. Great folks.
