not your typical jewelry store. i have heard there ads on the radio for a long time, i decided to give them a try. i just got off work had my work uniform on, looking a little scruffy, i tell family and friends my money is still good. immediately met by a young lady. totally pleased with the price and service. there sales associates are not on commission. had to leave one item for some work they accommodated my schedule. wander in some time, i think you will be impressed as i was.
I've been to many jewelry stores including Tiffany, etc and I must say the service and products at Shane Co are unmatched. I did a lot of research before I chose Shane Co and read the fantastic reviews. But when we arrived I was very impressed. There was a great assortment of options for my son to choose from (he was shopping for an engagement & wedding ring)The diamond selection is unparalleled they had a great assortment of colorless diamonds which was perfect! He was able to find the right setting/stones thanks to our very friendly customer service rep. She was very helpful and really wanted to make sure he chose the exact diamond for his girlfriend. She even offered to clean my diamond on the spot and found a loose prong and fixed it free! There is a lot of space to relax and they have jewelers on site to discuss possible designs. They are also open on Sunday. I will definitely be returning for all my jewelry purchases and recommending them to all my sons! Thank you!
Jessica and Shannon took such great care of me and even though I didn't purchase my ring with ShaneCo they were able to put my stone right back in for me! I cannot describe how happy that made me. Thank you ladies!
